Pract, LLC, dba Gather, Inc. (“Gather”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the website (the “site” or “website”).  This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the site.  We control all personal information submitted to us under this Policy.  We take our customers’ data privacy rights very seriously and have put in place this Policy to ensure that your rights are maintained and protected.  This Policy is reviewed on an annual basis, or as changes are necessary, to ensure accuracy and compliance.

By using the site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.

Information Collection and Use

While using our site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you.  Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to the following, hereinafter referred to as your “Personal Information” or “Personal Data”:

You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time.  You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the Contact Us section provided on our website:

  • Change/correct any data we have about you.
  • Have us delete any data we have about you.
  • Express any concern you have about our use of your data.


In order to use this website, a user must first complete the registration form.  During registration, a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address).  This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest.  At your option, you may also provide demographic information (such as gender or age) about yourself, but it is not required.


We request information from you on our order form.  To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number and expiration date).  This information is used for billing purposes and to fill orders.  If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you.


We share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers.  This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.


We use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services.  These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order.


We partner with another party to provide specific services.  When the user signs up for these services, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services.  These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information, except for the purpose of providing these services.


We take precautions to protect your information.  When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way.  The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline.  Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (e.g., billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information.

California Privacy Rights

For Residents of California Only.  Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code requires select businesses to disclose policies relating to the sharing of certain categories of your Personal Information with third parties.  If you reside in California and have provided your Personal Information to us, you may request information about our disclosures of certain categories of Personal Information to third parties for direct marketing purposes.  Such requests must be submitted to us through the Contact Us page of this site.

Within 30 days of receiving such a request, we will provide a list of the categories of Personal Information disclosed to third parties for third-party direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, along with the names and addresses of those third parties.  This request may be made no more than once per calendar year.  We reserve our right not to respond to requests submitted other than to the site address specified in this section, if not labeled or sent properly, or which do not have complete information.

European Union Residents’ Privacy Rights

If you are a resident of the European Union (“EU”) or the United Kingdom (“UK”), you may have certain additional rights.  For purposes of this notice, “personal data” has the meaning ascribed in the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

Surveys & Contests

From time-to-time, our site may request information via surveys or contests.  Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore disclose this information.  Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level).  Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes.  Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use of satisfaction of this site.
